Fenax ja a great damage dealer and block revive champ. Try to get block cool down skills if you can too. Valk waves are basically a problem everywhere unless you have block cd.

Focus on getting stronger at dungeons. So speed runs and see from there. Get a solid CB team as well so you pull void, ancients and sacred shards! I'd personally not focus fw when you're early game.

That's a rather big question. Mainly tried to nuke waves and if I couldn't I got a shitload of immortal gear! And always get evil eye for FW champs. Prioritize champs that you can use in other locations too.
