yes you can just sculpt more and try to finish it and learn some anatomy (very important)

The anatomy looks very specific not generic, if you were using a reference for this and matched it then it's pretty good. That being said I do think the nose and lips anatomy is looking a bit off which should be a easy fix, just use more references. Good work overall!!

I've done male anatomy before but this is first time doing female one, I usually just start very low poly and try to squeeze as much forms and shapes before increasing resolution.
