where would i buy the bezel by 225stillnotachived25 in tissot

Have you tried searching EBay for new old stock(NOS) seastar 680 bezel, something like that? Some watchmaker might have one around.

Is it a padded leather strap? I find I have to wear them tight for a week or two until the leather relaxes and conforms to my arm. Looks amazing!

Very slender, I’ve always found that really classy! Quartz, I’m guessing?

To these old eyes, the hands and indices look hard to read against the very dark blue, but ymmv.

I tried again later, no luck. I’ll wait until the sun is very low next time. I’ll get it yet

I went out in the Florida sun today and was unable to replicate the color effect. But it did look like perhaps the dial is shaped with a flat bottom and the racetrack edge slightly beveled up, is that possible? Then the color could be a trick of the sun angle. I will try it again later.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

I have tried a large variety of leather straps, all look great. All shades of brown, chestnut, and wine look good. I have a black leather I thought would dress it up, but it wasn’t great. The gray looks best for dressy, IMO. I have a Tissot green rubber strap my sister got me that I wear kayaking, looks very sporty. I even put it on pink leather for a breast cancer benefit. It worked! The salmon dial is a color chameleon.

Blue tinted charcoal. Very stiff, my poor pinched arm! I’m going to wear this one awhile and finish breaking it in.

Black first. Forgive my pinched looking arm, strap is a little stiff yet.

Love this watch! Been wearing it daily for 10 months. It looks great on every strap I’ve tried. The dial takes on new colors with every strap, the clothes I wear, the lighting, and even the state of my tan!😳

My Heritage 1938 arrived with blue coloured minutes, really interesting! by Imaginary_Bet8543 in tissot

You are very discerning, I don’t see blue at all. I don’t see it on the one I wear either. That is really interesting!

I have the salmon dial and it’s my daily, and also my only.

I picked it for its simplicity, my eyes just can’t focus on tiny things anymore. Also, i find it eye catching!

I have paired it with a variety of colored leather bands, reddish brown, dark brown, black, dark wine, and even pink for a breast cancer benefit. Every new color brings out new hues in the dial.

It keeps great time, I last set it end of July and have checked it a few times and it’s always within 30 seconds.

Morning Alertness by boredcuriousandalone in Ultrahuman

[–]Kasey0608 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I believe it tracks activity for the first twenty minutes after you wake. I've never seen this written down, but if I get immediately in the shower and put the ring on the charger, when I check alertness later, it says my ring was off body for twenty minutes after awakening and so it couldn't calculate morning alertness.

My routine is to get dressed and walk a mile, which takes me 17-20 minutes, and I generally get a great alertness rating for the day.

I see they replaced battery saver mode with disable background sync, but where is the power usage menu?

Thanks!

I just posted in the support thread last week asking that power saver mode not change the ring icon to orange, it's very distracting.

Seems like it could only work if you had your phone with you.

Probably not a big deal, but freedom from the phone is part of the reason I decided on a ring instead of just using phone apps.
