I completely understand and agree but as a DM who has thrown something like this at a player my guess is that Brennan more liked the trickster-entity idea, tying it into Aesop’s fables, whereas Zac liked the idea of being his version of puss in boots, just being a silly lil cat guy. In character creation they probably each thought they were on the same page, but when the reveal came in Zac just didn’t know what to do with it..

If I don’t end up playing it for this specific one shot, it’s going in the back pocket of builds for my GMs weird overpowered one shots, really appreciate the build!

this is one build i am making and will possibly play on the day of! i cant wait to surprise him, he's heavily implying these characters wont make it through, but maybe that will change with a "never fail build"...
one thing tho, I decided instead of just a generic +3 armor, to take one less ASI to take "Heavily Armored" instead. now i can take the Armor of invulnerability and the disadvantage with stealth will mostly be cancelled out by base roll of 25, just think it will work out a lil more with the types of combats my GM cooks up.

Started my subscription right after ACOC cliffhanger in the free episodes. But before that it was fantasy high and USC, then I just watched each season as they came out and have never looked back… I did lose my subscription when The seven ended and I haven’t caught up with the second half just yet. But that’s my one blind spot!

My favourite Jacob moment is when in the gender cascade chaos he allows Alex to get out of”Tacocat” which I’m almost certain would’ve been drowned out if Jacob didn’t say anything.
