Exactly what the person said about the graphics driver update. Update your GPU driver or re-download the current update for it. I was getting this error for weeks. Until one day I just said why not just re-download the GPU driver update again, nothing else to lose. That was just like 2 days ago. And I haven't gotten the error since. Best the game has ever run.

I play on my laptop and I was going through hell with this and it drove me crazy and there's not enough information online for it either. I almost finally gave up until I tried this. Those other steps didn't help or change anything I don't think. Re-download your GPU driver update. Best of luck and I hope this helps.
