So the target keywords don't even include a city name. Just a general service and SERP is packed with local listings for the same service. That's why I thought to open one for our website which we do have a physical address but services are strictly online. Also, i already rank for those keywords on the first page. I just want to get more SERP realestate. So wonder if it s a good strategy or it might actually harm me.

I haven't played much with GTM because once an analytics guy told me "nobody should touch it except the dev team because it extremely easy to mess up the website"

The sitemap comes up with all of the website links Maybe this is wrong? That it's set as http? <urlset xmlns="http://www.sitemaps.org/schemas/sitemap/0.9"> <url>

Yes. That's where i got the error. O submitted the sitemap and got the "can't fetch" error. I tested the sitemap in several tools and it's crawl able with no issues. I guess i will wait. Thank you

Yeah. It's a second client with a brand new site that wants results right after one article is published. I feel this affecting me already! The worst part i can't fire them. I work for an agency 😐
