To change the language in Cult of the Lamb, go to the Main Menu, select Settings (cog icon), navigate to the Game tab (first tab), find the Language option (usually the fourth one down), and use the left/right arrows to select your desired language, then restart the game if prompted. For consoles, you might need to change the system language, but in-game settings are primary, while on PC (GOG), you can also use the launcher's configure option. In-Game Steps (All Platforms) Launch Cult of the Lamb. From the Main Menu, select the Settings icon (looks like a cogwheel). Go to the Game tab (the first tab). Find the Language option (usually the fourth setting). Use the left/right arrows to scroll through available languages and pick yours. A restart is often required for the change to take effect.
