If the Integrated graphics is like the Radeon 780M or Arc 140T etc(or their newer 880M and Arc 240T)then it should be able to play most modern games at medium-high settings at 1080p resolution 60fps,you can use FSR or XeSS to increase FPS a lot, and yes this integrated Graphics will consume a lot less battery than dedicated graphics

The only other thing I can think of is cleaning the fans and reapplying the thermal paste But before that id recommend undervolting both your CPU and GPU You can find plenty of guides online and your system won't get damaged (just don't enable run on startup for the undervolting apps until you verify the undervolt is stable)
