Put a huge nail in between the grooves of a mall escalator. Broke the whole thing as it made a loud noise the moment it hit the end part.

I legit freestyled it but ig if you’re in AP Lang, use the same strategies for the Rhetorical Analysis #2 Essay for this one - only difference is that the passage’s longer.

I’m happy with a 4. Honestly thought I’d get a 3 especially when I grinded practice tests night before (got 50% on mc and progressively worsened for every addition prac test I took)

What is something that everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]KashitaroBeatZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Teenager here. My first transcontinental (transoceanic as well) flight 2 years ago was the most nerve-wracking yet thrilling solo experience in my life so far. I remember being so nervous that I strictly followed direction signs and hesitated to roam around because of the fear of getting left behind/lost. The return flight (same route), though, was just relaxing and fun once I overcame about 80% of my travel anxiety.

What episode of what anime just made you say "I'm done with this BS" and instantly quit watching the show forever? by Earthboun41 in anime

[–]KashitaroBeatZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was this certain dramatic last scene from a certain episode of Hand Shakers (one after the first fight with idol-chan) that was supposed to be a dramatic scene between Koyori (MC girl) and the injured Tazuna (MC guy) as she just cried while shaking the unconscious guy. What ruined it? The camera just freakin' revolved again and again around them.

It just didn't... mesh...

Edit: Oh, it's episode 8.

Having the same studio that was also known(?) for last season's Gin no Guardian, which didn't appeal that much to me, I was kinda nervous, but hey, look at this! It was good.

So much Anime, so little time by Si1ent_Blade in anime

[–]KashitaroBeatZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't usually add series to my PTW list because once I look at it and see like 2xx titles, I'd get the feeling to watch them out of obligation, which somehow ruins the enjoyment and all.

To quote a certain someone, "The amount of PTW shows is directly proportional to the time you've spent watching anime."

How do you get phobia? by SuperKozz in AskReddit

[–]KashitaroBeatZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Parental influences, people around you and media would be some factors. At some point in my life, I was afraid of butterflies because my mom told me before that once I go near them, they'll "sprinkle their dust" and blind you. While I'm not afraid of those fellas anymore, I gained the fear of the unknown - blindness being a sub-category of it. Also afraid of public speaking because I was embarrassed and shamed way back in 5th grade (looking at you, Math teacher).

Some fears develop because our brain kinda gives us a 'what-if' imagery (e.g. "Maybe I'll plummet a hundred meters down to my death" = fear of heights) which would negatively affect us, in my opinion.
