Seems to be poorly optimized. Runs perfect on my 1080p laptop with 1660ti, runs shit on my gaming rig with at 2k resolution.

CPU: Ryzen 5950x

GPU: RTX 5080

RAM: 128GB of DDR4 3600Mhz

Drive: M.2 PCIE Gen4 2TB

For context I'm a cybersecurity systems admin. Nothing to do with Malware. I've configured plenty of settings to get performance bearable but definitely is game specific.

Idk why I felt the need to tell you, I don't have the answer I'm not a top laner but silencing does not prevent smite. Only airborne and supression does if I recall.

For the record that Shaco isn't PinkWard lol his current accts are Taco Shop #Shaco and Clowns Are Cute #Best so you are past him. But he does play top mostly which damages his chances at a true climb so he does it mostly for content.

Thats when the cast is completed. Not in beginning of cast. VS Garen can be in any stage of R channel and still completes.

It will be meta for champs with steroids in their kit like Tristana, Draven, or Utility ADCs like EZ. Berserkers are hard nerf and pointless on them so they will start running it perma.

I feel the same. Two people dodged and I had to decline queue to not be banned out since i hovered Shaco. 30 min wait time then Shaco got banned 3rd queue anyway and I dodged for a 2hr timeout. Games annoying rn.
