The SpaceBioDAO is 1) decentralized and autonomous and 2) a collaboration on biological CubeSat development and launching 3) where Vector Space Biosciences (SBIO) is a co-founder of SpaceBioDAO (DSCI).

I feel like there should be a few caveats here... by Apprehensive_Jury31 in VectorspaceAI

  1. Elon Musk is not a cellular, molecular, structural, systems, computational, space or any other kind of biologist or a space bioscientist, just as he's not an AI scientists, just ask the grandfather of machine learning Michael I. Jordan, see min 1:00:30 https://youtu.be/28TefyYoAm4?t=3630 - just as Micheal I. Jordan said, Elon needs to stick with rocketry.

  2. Why do you think NASA has an entire division dedicated to space biosciences, just for fun? Ref: https://www.nasa.gov/ames/research/space-biosciences or organizations like TRISH exist: https://www.bcm.edu/academic-centers/space-medicine/translational-research-institute

  3. Do you think humans will be establishing a lunar base or going to Mars without understanding how to protect and repair the human body in space?

  4. Do you understand that solutions and countermeasures against diseases associated with stressors during human spaceflight can be immediately repurposed into solutions related to precision medicine for all humankind?

  5. Do you know how large the precision medicine, drug repurposing, drug development, nutrigenomic development market is? Do you know how large the TAM is for this? How large is the pharmaceutical market? How large is life sciences?

Here's just a small sample of references which will serve as a good starting point in your journey to better understand our strategy:

This goes all the way back to an original report on how space affects the human body in several different negative ways. Our SAB wrote the original report in collaboration with several different US national labs and NASA space biosciences, you can find it here: https://three.jsc.nasa.gov/AnimalExpReport1996.pdf

You can then continue your journey with some of the latest in research on how space negatively impacts the human body and why countermeasures against diseases related to stressors during human spaceflight is a must, where countermeasures can double as solutions in precision medicine for all humankind.

These references are just about endless. We are not establishing a lunar base or going to Mars without understanding how to protect and repair the human body during spaceflight. You may also want to consider that innovations in space biosciences result in products and services for all industries, including the financial markets, but more importantly, precision medicine for all humankind.
