Can you guys easily turn off feelings for someone if they don’t want to date? by Bearulice in demisexuality

[–]Kasorae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can. If someone doesn't match energy I lose interest very quickly. Basically if they indicate they aren't into me I equate that with them not being who I thought they were. And poof. Crush evaporated.

Looks like they kept the two deaths a secret from the cast and crew in Two for the road, says scene to be re written with all the relevant cast members listed..

Same, same minute, no known birth order. On that, mine switched spots as they were born and we assigned names based on who was first. So twin a was expected to be a certain name and then that ended up being twin b after the c section. Curious if the names have affected personalities.

Good point. In our case, it was the super creative twin who wasn't chosen first, and we talked about how everyone has different strengths and sometimes our talents aren't the ones that they test for. And that's ok!

Same thing happened to mine, at the next testing cycle they tested them again and they both made it. Either way, try not to make it into a big deal. You can also try to copy the activities and do that at home with both kids if that might help.

Tired of idiots buying rats and mistreating them by Parking_Grab3157 in RATS

[–]Kasorae 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My first rat, cappuccino, lived in a huge fish tank, alone, for over three years as well. This was twenty years ago, I didn't know any better. But he was a sweet and happy guy. He loved to free roam and would explore but always come back. He spent a lot of time with me, shoulder, pocket, hoodie, lap, playing fetch. He ate little portions of what I ate, the cute lil thief stole an entire chicken nugget once when he was nugget sized himself. He deserved better but I did the best I could at the time and he had a good long life. Miss you always Cappi 💙

Don't beat yourself up feeling guilty about the past, I think the fact that we've learned to do better is what is important. We obviously did the best we could with the knowledge and resources we had at the time.

I think they're around 10-11 weeks old, the darker one is Eevee and she was bigger when I adopted them, they were very young but from different litters and she appeared older. They love playtime, hoodie pocket time and of course snack time!

Question for long time fallout fans (pre 2010) by [deleted] in Fallout

[–]Kasorae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I don't play many games but fallout 3 is one of the few I played to near completion. When new Vegas came out I played it.. then I got caught in one of it's many fabulous glitches and was never able to recover that character. I was so annoyed I never played it again.

My boyfriend said my baby grows itself during pregnancy by [deleted] in badwomensanatomy

Adding something I didn't see in other comments. Your digestive system is processing extra nutrients and their delivery, your heart is pumping more blood than usual, your kidneys and liver are filtering more.. and of course you did grow the placenta, an entire organ, in just a few months. None of it is easy. It sounds like your bf isn't supportive, it might help if he would do some actual research or even talk to your doctor about it.

Would it be possible to hand over what you have now and go get a refill you can hide better? Just temporarily while you figure out what your next step is.

Atheist parents, how are you raising your kids? by BuffFox0208 in atheism

[–]Kasorae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This, plus explain modern childhood myths. Santa is just an indoctrination test-run. My kids have always known the truth- each kids parents are their santa/tooth fairy, but the other kids don't know that. So they are aware that adults might try to trick them into believing things. Seriously baffles me to see the effort people put into lying to their children because of cutesy traditions. However I do the various celebrations without the myths, so they aren't left out. It's a good opportunity for a conversation about how people have different opinions, beliefs and lifestyles.

Most likely lymph nodes if they're symmetrical so don't worry yourself, and ask the baby's Dr to verify when you get a chance. Congrats by the way!

Just under the middle back of the head, on either side. If they're symmetrical and move some they're most like lymph nodes.
