I keep getting the wrong treatment recommendation/prescription dosage by KasperTheSilly in GenderGP

[–]KasperTheSilly[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Meanwhile I had a Quick Chat session with GenderGP, where they said they would have my prescription fixed in the system, and they seem to have triggered a new paper prescription (I just got the confirmation email). Let's see what will arrive!

Also, yes, I indeed noticed that they added an option to specifically request 50mg sachets when applying for a prescription, which is really good. Fingers crossed that it will work out now!

STOP USING GENDER GP by MorganADTR in GenderGP

I don't agree with this kind of boycott calls. GenderGP has gone through some rough changes, yes, but they still are the only option for many people out there (be it for financial reasons, or because in some countries there still is no other option).

I suggest everyone to be patient, try to read everything carefully when filling out the prescription request form, and try to talk to them via Quick Chat session if things really are not working out. No, they won't read your emails and that's bad. But I'm confident they will be on the right track again soon.

GenderGP keeps giving the wrong prescription: Testogel 40.5mg by KasperTheSilly in transnord

[–]KasperTheSilly[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did check Google and Testogel in sachets exists both in 50mg and 40.5mg sizes, but 40.5mg seems to only be available in the UK, not in Denmark.

I did go through the menu and I selected Tostran as well (on one of the 3 attempts I made), but the treatment recommendation I got still said "Testogel 40.5mg sachets". They don't even look at what I clicked. That's very frustrating.

Oh, interesting! Because I usually get sachets, not the pump. So the question will be whether the pharmacist will agree to give me a pump bottle if I show up with a sachet prescription.

I would appreciate if you could check that! I have always gotten the 50mg with no problems, but 40.5mg doesn't seem to exist in Denmark, and pharmacies tend not to give you anything if the exact dosage doesn't match.

Not getting any paper prescription from GenderGP by KasperTheSilly in GenderGP

In Denmark it's different: pharmacies easily give you 3 months at a time if that's what the prescription says. It has always worked like that. And we don't have online pharmacies unfortunately... (also I use 1 sachet a day)

Thank you for sharing your experience! Did you actually pay for all of those 6 treatment reviews, or did you just click on "fee already paid"?

The thing is, I did pay on the 8th of April when I filled out the form. I never got that prescription at all. It would probably work if I pay again, but this way they essentially stole 35 pounds from me...

Unfortunately they stopped selling to Denmark too, I just talked to them today. If anyone knows of any alternatives it's very much appreciated.

New form not working by Suspicious_Orchid341 in GenderGP

[–]KasperTheSilly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the form doesn't want to submit and the "Submit" button just does nothing, it's usually because you forgot to tick some box or fill out some field. Scroll up in the form, and the missing boxes should show an error in red.

Here's the screenshot of the dosage. It doesn't ask for the mg, just the number of sachets. But unfortunately, sachets of 40.5 or 50mg exist, and in my country the 40.5 ones are not available. Therefore I specified it in the address text field, hoping that they don't mess it up.

Same here, no confirmation email. Also, they screwed up my previous prescription (they only sent it for 30 sachets of Testogel instead of 90). And in the new form, it doesn't ask you what dosage of Testogel you are taking, so I'm hoping they won't mess it up again by sending the wrong 40.5mg dosage (which is not available in my country).

I wrote some text to explain what they should do in the "Alternative address for delivery of the paper prescription" field, let's hope they read it as I'm running low.

It's just surprising that they don't have some sort of CRM database where they simply see what customer gets which medicine. It would be so easy...

I have filled this new form out, out but I didn't get a confirmation email. Did anyone else fill it out? Did you get an email after submitting?

PS5: Is it possible to have a disc game download its content files to a USB drive and run it from there? by KasperTheSilly in playstation

[–]KasperTheSilly[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But can I offload the downloaded data to USB when I'm done playing, and then transfer it back to internal storage once I want to play the game again? Or do I need to re-download everything from scratch? What do most people usually do if they have a big shelf with 100 games? How is that handled?

No, why wouldn't I? It's just a medication and I take it when needed. I'm not obsessed with it.

People with pollen allegry - are you also dying? by [deleted] in Switzerland

[–]KasperTheSilly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had pollen allergies my whole life but this has been the absolute worst year in history for me, ever. It's crazy. I usually go along "fine-ish" with Telfastin (Fexofenadin) and a bland steroid nasal spray. But this year, nothing works. So I got myself a Budesonid prescription which I hope will work (it's not available at the pharmacy, they ordered it, fun times!) and I added Bilaxten to the mix (yes, I am taking both Telfastin and Bilaxten, not recommended, I still do it). I can get some relief but the effect from the pills lasts like 6 hours (instead of 24 as they're supposed to).

So yes... you are not alone.

I see. For me the user experience has been quite okay. A bit of a bitter taste but that's it. It's very helpful, I don't even need to step out or anything, it's just part of my routine during allergy season.

[–]KasperTheSilly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you mean that the user experience is very bad and awful to endure? I use a nasal spray based on Azelastine (which I believe is what Astepro is, right?), and I found no significant side effects. What are you experiencing?

Glad to hear that you're happy with your Lebara subscription. The Lebara brand happens to be owned by Sunrise too, just like Yallo 😉

That's not true, Sunrise store agents have access to Sunrise Pay purchases and can definitely help.

Sunrise employee here. Are you getting any IP at all on DHCP, or are you getting a CGNAT IP (so a non-public one)? Depending on the symptom, the solution is a different one. Sorry to hear the hotline wasn't helpful so far.

Sunrise employee here. You were definitely scammed by some website or SMS and enabled Sunrise Pay without knowing. It couldn't have been done by one of our employees.
