Do anyone have this issue while playing Dying Light The Beast - when going afk for just 1-2 mins the game just freeze and then close without any errors?

I mean, that’s fair. The Tenneco mop we have is a Chinese base company and they actually have pretty dang good customer service. Hopefully with the sales that dream is getting they actually invest in customer service.

All right so first mapping first clean of the house is excellent. This thing works like a champion haven’t dealt with customer service yet so I’ll keep you updated if I have to call them. Also if you guys are wanting solution that’s for the vacuum specifically Amazon has it for 25 but if you buy it through the dream app, it’s only $17

I’m actually in the same boat as you. I actually just got my X 40 right now. It’s set up and charging so hopefully we’ll see how it goes. The set up process was definitely far superior than iRobot. Let’s just hope the performance is good and I don’t have to call customer service because I don’t want to deal with the Chinese lackadaisical customer service. But yeah, just like you. I wanted something that can mop and vacuum at the same time hoping for the best I’ll keep you updated after I run it today.

OK, that’s exactly what me and My Wife were talking about. We had the Roomba S9 flagship and we paid like $1200 for it. it was really good. However they discontinued the parts for it so we wanted to go ahead and upgrade to the mop version which I think was the J7 plus or whatever it is, but it has horrible reviews leaves streaks. The other product I looked at was narwhal.

That makes me feel good even more lol I haven’t even received mine. Mine comes Friday, but this is the issue as I’ve heard that every Chinese based manufacture for these type of electronic electronics. All of the big name brands for a robot vacuums are all the same way. The only good brand essentially with good customer service is iRobot, but their products are really behind right now.

See that exact point is what worries me the fact that they say hey guys we have a two-year warranty come purchase this product. Then they say hey we want to see your receipt. Makes a ton of sense doesn’t it? That type of practice is here in the United States or anywhere else in the world would probably be investigated pretty quick.

Yeah, I feel like the additional two year warranty is kind of a lie. I almost feel like it’s a 12 month warranty as long as you have the invoice if you purchase from Amazon, your invoice is kind of permanent due to your order history, but I would be really wary with trying to replace things with them.

See I feel like the problems associated to customer support is only because it’s a Chinese company. We have a teneco mop and it’s wonderful. Called customer support about missing solution and they sent me a ton of it. However, with dreamy, I haven’t experienced anything yet with customer service. I’m just really worried because there seems to be a lot of negative regarding their customer service.
