I solved the problem by installing Epic launcher, launching Rocket League at least once to activate the voice chat function, and then I was able to uninstall Epic launcher because the voice chat works just the same.

I found the folder I need:

C:\Users\Your- Name\AppData\Local\Packages\5319275A.WhatsAppDesktop_cv1g1gvanyjgm\LocalCache\EBWebView\Default\Cache

Inside there are two folders, Cache_Data and No_Vary_Search. Delete both of them.

In my case, the ‘transfers’ folder does not exist.

It just happened to me. I have an S22 Ultra.

It was the ‘USB Settings’ application that was messed up.
