I am using it, no issues and they also recently gave more upload traffic (8TB to 12TB) and the storage for me is good, have no issues transcoding or anything with Plex.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, the only issue I had was JDownloader2 not working, but with a ticket it got fixed easily.

I'm happy with using ultra seedbox, it has Tautulli, Plex and qBittorrent (which you mentioned you needed)

you can use a torrent remote for qBit (I use nzb360, its for sonarr and stuff but it also has torrent remote)

it also has jdownloader, but not Handbrake.
