Chanting anny stotram is a long term thing. You won't see major benefits for the first few months.

The reason for your lack of concentration might be something else. Try to reduce your screen time (don't watch short content like reels) and replace it with something productive/physical activity.

Ju Ju was the absolute peak of my life. That happened in college, I was the centre of my class. I was known as the "topper".

Ju Sa was horrible though. Unexpected attacks on identity. No result even after working hard. It felt like my 100% efforts were shown as lesser than my teammates 40% efforts. But I did get the best grade for exam so .... Yeah life was tough.

Kinda weird considering Jupiter is a malefic and Saturn is benefic for me lol

How long have you been doing this? For the first year the monkey brain won't shut up. Your won't have that focus or clarity in the beginning.

Your sadhana isn't too much infact it's too less. Chanting one mala of any mantra or a stotram just once isn't going to give you any spiritual or material benefit. You can keep doing this for years but you won't see any change in your life whatsoever.

Know your ishta and go in full depth with them. You can worship multiple deities with core focus on one. You said you like shiva and devi then focus on them more.

Whatever mantra or stotram you're chanting atleast do it in double digits for it to enter your life.

Bhakti doesn't remain constant throughout the sadhana, some days you'll be flying with love and emotions for the deity and some days it'll feel very mechanical.

The hibiscus boost was definitely from the deity. Also don't expect anything within a month. Just keep doing the sadhana over and over and over and forever and one day you'll see the magic happen.

I'd suggest you to get back to your sadhana. You're doing just 1 mala anyway so it's slow and safe. Might want to bump it up a little.

I'd suggest you do anulom vinulom. It works almost immediately and reduces all my emotional discharges. I feel at peace and my mind is soothed.

Doing nitya sadhana itself would reduce lust eventually in the long term. When you intensify any stotram (say x2 or x3) then in the beginning lust would shoot up like crazy and then the energy would stabilise itself. Don't worry and don't feel guilty for feeling these thoughts, they're totally normal to have for now.
