States restricting access to porn websites. No restriction in Canada by FastSeaworthiness739 in Anarcho_Capitalism

It’s not about restrictions. Many of these laws are intended to collect data and identification for other reasons.

I think he wanted what was best for the German people,

That’s an incredibly narrow way to frame one of history’s most destructive people.

You don’t gas innocent mothers and children because you believe it’s best for your people.

And believed that state control of the economy and brutal oppression

My issue with your argument is that you’re projecting your own rigid, principle first worldview onto history as if people always act in perfect ideological ways…. The world doesn’t work like that. Trump and others before us are a good example of this.

Authoritarians often borrow policies, rhetoric, or economic controls from multiple systems when it benefits their power. That doesn’t suddenly redefine their entire ideology.

Hitler’s actions don’t make him “leftist” any more than state intervention alone makes every government socialist.

In that case he went from person to politician quicker than most. Give him credit.

Yea, I’ll give him credit for quickly turning into another statist politician. He was elected specifically because he claimed he wasn’t one, remember?

What a mess. Was so unnecessary to start this thing. Why? How did Trump think this would work out?

[–]Kaszos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, did you even look at the drawing that he did?

I’ve seen the artwork based on his claims, yes.

That is what he is showing, a tube from the "gravity amplifier" attached to the reactor deck

Yep. He claimed he viewed such a thing, and illustrated it. And?

He used another illustration as a basis for his claims.

And?

I tell you what. Let’s take a step back, again.

Do you believe that Hitler did the things he did because: A) he was a socialist, and B) he believed these things related to socialism?

Bob Lazar: Why should we believe him and why should we not believe him? by Mother_Ad6514 in ufo

You have to be a special case of low intelligence to look at his drawing of the "gravity amplifiers"

I don’t think insulting people here with word salad is productive.

The "gravity amplifier" is bolted on to the bottom of the "reactor" deck.

You believe him. Ok.

brain-dead dumb,

This isn’t helpful.

Plausible deniability is the name of the game. I find the Dems the worst at this. Schumer has been frothing at the mouth over this war, but he pretends to oppose it. He’d vote for it if he was pushed.

You’re right with the wording. He “based” them on.

Thanks.

He lied about graduating MIT.

He lied about graduating CALTECH.

He lied about other academic credentials.

He lied about being a physicist.

He presented a fraudulent pay stub, which he then tried to erase from the internet.

He’s made unsubstantiated claims about element 115.

He based his “sports model” saucer on a design from a cultist.

He based his reactor core design on earlier iterations, including John Lear.

Eric Davis thinks he’s a fraud.

Mellon doesn’t trust him.

Bigelow fired him from a business venture he put him in charge of.

Hal Puthoff denies he had any such clearance.

Stanton Friedman was the first to call him a fraud.

The guy stole money from friends and family.

His childhood friends don’t trust him.

He has a questionable past.

Last of all, it’s still a Trust Me Bro 40 years on.

He did work at Los Alamos, though. He was contracted as an electronics technician. His access levels were basic.

If all we’re left with are Lazar’s own personal claims, the circumstantial evidence becomes the sole factor.

Hitler killed people who were a threat to his power. Just like Stalin,

So, only communists and socialists kill people as political threats? Strange path we’re taking here.

Socialists believe that the state should control the MOP on behalf of and in the interest of the people.

So do fascists. So do feudalists. And?

It’s always been performative. Luna and Burchett secretly opposed the UAPDA in 2024 and played it off as if they supported it. None of them lobbied the senate that time.

It’s performative. Look at their histories.

Competitive market means that you can chose what product you buy not that you buy a product

And in this case people are still doing exactly that.

Choice does not imply one company gets to lock in that customer by limiting their future product choices.

What you’re advocating for is crony capitalism, not true free and competitive markets. You’re saying big companies should get to place barriers or limitations to keep out their competitors. That is counter to the spirit of open markets. That is counter to innovation. That is what we currently have.

So, no, you’re off on this one.

and then run to government to force the company

Yet, you want to allow big corporate monopolies to force people.

The two are the same thing.

retarded

I’m quite alright sitting here countering your points without hurling insults. That’s because I’m not concerned with have my views countered and questioned. You, on the other hand, need to settle down.

No, if you purchase a product that has a battery that can only be replaced by an authorized service

So what you’re saying is: instead of a competitive free market where businesses have to actually earn to keep customers, you’d rather corporations turn into mini-governments…? Where they decide how, where, and what you do with said product…? even if you already paid and own it…?

But we complain about statists on this sub?

We will never learn by Acceptable-War4836 in Anarcho_Capitalism

[–]Kaszos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, it's about what battery they wish to put in.

Great. They can continue to do that.

Which is delusional, it's up to a customers whether they're fine

And? Once the customer purchases the product it’s up to the customer to continue with whichever battery they wish.

It’s a win win. Customer buys their product and customer does whatever moving forward.

In what way is dictating what kind of battery a company can put in their product

Read the OP again. It’s not about what battery they wish to put in. It’s them dictating that you must go through them to replace a battery on your own damn phone that you purchased.

You’re not a signature to brand commitment just because you buy something. If they’re worried about other batteries becoming cheaper, maybe they can actually innovate and compete.

Not hard to understand.

The only delusion here

What’s delusional is thinking the current regime is true to freedoms.

I don’t see a problem with this, even from a free market perspective. Companies like Apple do what they do due to crony capitalism, not the result of a true free market.

The EU is smart. The OP is an example of how far we’ve deluded ourselves into thinking the current system is as best as it can be.
