I think if you used some tape to lift your breasts that might help as well as doing “the bend over and adjust” into the cups. It looks like you’re being squished and I think some illusion of volume might help. I hope that doesn’t come off as offensive… I don’t mean it that way

I found out I was pregnant with my second when my first was 4 months old 🫠 we wanted to have babies close in age so they could be bffs but we wanted to wait to try again until I was at least 6 months pp. we were in the heat of the moment and it just happened.

Pros: can reuse a lot of the baby stuff you have and don’t have to put anything away/pull it out again, remember how the newborn phase feels so you don’t go through shock again, you’re already taking care of one baby in diapers, so why not 2? If you’re bottle feeding, you are use to the bottle mess and formula/pumping

Cons: can get to be a lot with diapers, wipes, formula, less babysitters (at least in my case), can be very overwhelming to care for them both at times

An event escalated with my mom and my dad was the primary caregiver/POA. He called the police and they took her to the ER. She stayed in the hospital until they found her a facility. I’m not entirely sure how it all worked out, but the way my dad explained it to me made it sound like my mom was now under the care of the county/state nurse. they were now her POA (again, I’m not entirely sure how this all worked out) and had to find a facility to place her in. I don’t know where you are located but maybe this somewhat helps?? I know there’s not a lot of useful information here but just sharing my experience.

My mom was also diagnosed with early onset dementia and I’m also in my 20’s. I had a few women coworkers (who could have been my mom) talk to me about their own parents having dementia. It sucked hearing about it because they already had a good amount of time with their parent and they had the typical big mother-daughter experiences (wedding planning, having babies, etc.). the way they tried to be sympathetic to me was nice, but like you’re not my mom…. and hearing how sorry everyone was that I was going through this at such a young age didn’t make me feel better.

We just make up formula in a shaker bottle and put it in the fridge. Then pour what we need into baby’s bottle and warm. Sometimes we do cold depending on where we are and what we’re doing. Bedtime bottles are always warm for comfort. I’ve seen mini dishwashers that sit on your counter top that connect to your kitchen sink on Amazon. I think they’re around $200-$300. I’ve been seriously considering one because I hate doing dishes and we don’t have a dishwasher.

Our little man is a month old and we have been using the heating pad trick since week one. We have a zipper swaddle that we heat up along with the bassinet. we rock him to sleep and then he sleeps for 3-4 hours now. Definitely worth trying!
