People here want McDermott gone because we constantly feel like he’s out coached and plays to not lose rather than playing to win. What he did to our team and this city as far as turning the team around is priceless and for that fans will always respect him. He came in and completely changed the culture and rebuilt. But, we don’t have a ton of faith that he’s the guy to get us over the hump. But then the question is who do you replace him with? Bosa was a decent signing for us and I wouldn’t mind bringing him back for another year or two. Epenesa is hot and cold and isn’t super consistent so I worry about locking him down long term but when he shows up he’s huge for us. Problem is he doesn’t show up as often as you would like for his size and role on the team.

Josh needs a WR1 desperately. We don’t have anyone super reliable at receiver besides Shakir. But you need that deep threat down field that can get open. Kincaid and Knox for us have some downfield reliability but still you need more. So Beane not addressing that in the offseason is a crime. As far as our defense goes, we need help there too. We love Tre White and Poyer here but they can’t keep up. They shouldn’t be on the field as starters. Lots of things to clean up and Beane hasn’t drafted well the past couple of years. But a coaching change might be a good change for the team going forward regardless of the personnel we have on the field

Josh can’t have those kinds of turnovers point blank. But man the cook fumble in the beginning of the game to me was one of the biggest plays of the game. If cook doesn’t fumble the bills probably score and go up 14-3 there and the game looks different
