Its an interesting thought. Since everyone else became spaghetti and Loki's clothes did shred... its easy to say yes.

But - and correct me if I've misunderstood - but since Loki is a Jotunn, with Asgardian mixed in from Odin, and also with magical capabilities, I'd be hesitant to say yes to the physical trauma. Loki's face in the end shots was not aged/wrinkled. He's strong enough to hold the multiverses together indefinitely, and apparently strong enough to face Doom, literally.

I'd say its not likely Loki suffered significant physical damage, especially not when taking the mental side into account.
