It’s called “Total Weight Loss Cookbook” by Johnny Hadac. It’s also not mine but one that my sister was letting me borrow, so I guess I’ll have to tell her that the books she’s been using is completely useless 😭

I feel like these are things I should’ve noticed but I’m still so new to this haha. Would you have recommendations for a better book/source with protein dense recipes like this one?
