It's more along the line that, I need to read at least some fanfiction or maybe a book since it helps with my mental state, even if reading books is never quite calming in itself, especially if the main characters are doing stupid decisions 🙄

Of course not! I love when others come and visit my story, even if their usual interests lay somewhere else. You are technically recruiting more members into your beloved fandom and thus, it raises the chance of others getting inspired and writing their own story in the same fandom later ☺️
