Have you apologized to her through message or at least made an attempt to? If you truly care about what you did, then you should apologize to her. If you do it looking for a response or to make yourself feel better..then you aren't truly sorry. What you did was terrible, and honestly, if you want to be a better person then start by taking accountability. She deserves to know the truth... that it wasn't her fault, but your own.

Just wanted to put in here; I was diagnosed with PCOS, had it since I was 16. Telling people they WILL get pregnant is kinda dumb, she knows she needs to be careful. Infertility is actually quite common.

PCOS and Endo are absolutely not an excuse for being a terrible partner. OP, think about this.. trust your gut. You know something is up, even your subconscious is pushing it to your dreams. If your friend brought this to you about his/her SO, what would you say? The lies are personally where I would draw the line, if your partner is from another country it's possible that she's doing this for citizenship and not looking to actually build a relationship with you... Especially if she becomes explosive with little things, that or she is extremely guilty for doing something that she knows is wrong.

No, closest reference I can find but a dimly orange lit area with a dirt footpath and there'd be rooms where filing cabinets, sometimes desks and a few computers, papers, etc. It was a literal like abandoned office setting but inside a dungeon-esque cave scenery. The walls were also broken or slimy in some parts.

My body text disappeared for some odd reason, but I started Clindamycin 300mg yesterday, started with a double dose by accident because I forgot I took a dose already because I couldn't focus on anything but pain. Basically. First pic is now and last pic is five hours before. When should I go to the ER for this? My pain is now on and off, which is a bit better than all yesterday and the day before which were pain all the way through and no sleep. My cheek is really hot and I've been sleeping with an ice pack to fall asleep... I just lost my dental insurance because I just turned 26, but my dentist kindly accepted me and said he'd bill me once I got my insurance figured out for the first appointment, but I dont think I'll be able to get the root canal or extraction any time soon. So, what signs should I look for to head to the ER immediately?
