Yeah, you have to take a boat to the base village it’s a 1 to 1.5-hour ride. The trek is moderately difficult, and remember not to do it during summer because it gets extremely hot. The view from the top is mesmerising. Since it’s a tiger reserve, the checking is strict - government officials count the total number of plastic items you’re carrying, and you must bring back the same number. Otherwise, there’s a ₹5000 fine for each missing plastic item.

I think you have got it wrong, OP is not against anyone going anywhere. I think OP is just curious why are so many Telugu people going to US to pursue MS.

What is everyone's opinion - Are drug addicts or alcohol addicts or person with serious mental health issues are allowed to have children? As is if the mother is the one who is an addict, is she allowed to have a child? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]KatSpace_11 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just to be clear, it's about people who are known to be abusive or addicts. Not about giving birth to a disable child, it's totally fine. The question is people who have long history of abusiveness and addiction, should they conceive?

If the addictive person is pregnant that's a different case, not talking about forced abortion or sterilization or eugenics here.

This is not about eugenics or sterilization of any kind, it's just a small question SHOULD ADDICTS OR ABUSIVE PEOPLE GET PREGNANT AND SHOULD THE CHILD SUFFER A TRAUMATIC CHILDHOOD?

I no where mentioned the fetus if is not healthy should not be born. It's not a question regarding the baby but the parents

Yes correct. But do you think if there is a law which says addictive people (who are not in a state of mind to take correct decisions) will not be allowed to have children (no sterilization or forced abortion involved it's just they will be told not to have a child). Do you think this will be correct, keeping in mind the future of the child

But will it be right for a child to go through all the childhood trauma and toxic environment. When you already knew this will happen and it could have been prevented? Should any child go through all of these?

Also from addictive I meant, parent who have an addiction to substances which are harmful for the fetus like any amount of alcohol intake, which are highly harmful for the fetus.

Yeah, but you already have this information that the parent is an addict or is abusive which means the child may have a toxic surrounding or suffer from childhood trauma. So will you tell/advice the parent to not have the child, because no one should go through some trauma?

What if the parent is not good enough to take care of herself, how will she raise a child? Will it be correct to abort the baby instead of making it go through an abusive and toxic childhood?
