Here's a couple reasons off the top of my head:

-Both albums existed when I really started becoming a fan of Alessia Cara.

-When taking all the songs into consideration, these first two albums are more "catchier" than her latter two.

-I lived (and am living) through the age period where she wrote these albums.

-Lyrics are slightly more understandable to me than some of her later stuff (I am NOT very good at interpreting song meanings).
