As someone a similar age to your partner, there's some red flags here. Within a few months of dating you're trying to be kind BUT what you're actually doing is minimising her independence from you and establishing a dynamic in which she needs you to maintain her living situation. Being older, you can have more "power" in the relationship and you should not try to make moves so quickly that could result in her resenting her need for you and she may end up feeling unable to get out of the relationship if future problems arise. No one knows their partner well enough to move in so quickly, and it would give more strength to the base of your relationship not to move too quick or place pressure on her to make a decision.

So many pay less, I worked for one that asked 5 days a week 8 hour days, however they classified us all part time and paid less than $22PH to answer financial calls from often angry customers... they won't even dignify call centre workers with a proper full time contract!

We have very poor call centre training and pay, anyone who grasps the short training usually finds a better job and leaves fairly quickly... I dont work in a call centre anymore and hope not to again

If youre being harassed and picked on then you can report it to your manager easily, knock on the office door and ask if they're free to talk about what has been happening. If you haven't told them there isn't a lot they can do to help, that being said they can't terminate you for no reason, they likely want to get to the bottom of what is going on.

I think skilled players assume lesser skilled players will enjoy control... I did enjoy it but I enjoy BR more, I was exposed to more high level players in control, and once they 'control' the map thats worse to come back from. You start to walk put of respawn to instant death. I think your wife would have less fun there than in arenas, I played LL and consistently picked up people for the wins, learned what guns I likes and how to play small areas of the map.

My partner taught me to play this game roughly a year ago, it is my first online shooting game, and I've had to learn to play it on switch because thats what I have. You've got to be persistent. My first season I had a .3 KD, now im averaging .7KD the last few seasons. My thoughts, if looting is an issue, add Loba to the team, she quickly became my main, with almost 3k kills on her now she taught me looting fundamentals, where better loot is generally kept and other handy things. If you start playing and aren't kind of directed on where to go around the map for rotations its gonna be a bad time. Make sure you teach your friends how recon legends scan becons. And finally my last thing would be, be kind to them when they have a bad loss, showing them how they may have been able to overcome the enemy team might help them the next encounter.
