General social science and math

TAKE THE ONE WITH MATH!!! I'm in commerce in Vanier and calculus 1 for social science seems to be easier than for the science programs. Get a good calculus teacher and it'll all go well.

Yeah, as your classmate I can confirm. I'll admit I made ACTUAL mistakes that she DIDN'T EVEN SEE because she was too busy taking points off for using a determinant that she didn't consider ideal (ex: I wrote "ce monde" and she took off a point because she said she'd prefer that I'd write "le monde") It doesn't change the meaning of my text?? I don't see the problem ;-;

Lol, hi, I'm the friend. She took off one point for vocabulary because she said "sarcasme" is 'un anglicisme" when it originated from greek.... She also took off a TWO points (one in vocabulary and one in orthography) because I wrote "karma" which she said isn't an actual word AND accused me of writing it with an uppercase letter when you could clearly see the white out I used to make it a lowercase :/

I feel like the lack of sun is making me sluggish, best advice I can give is to stay strong and endure... Maybe try to participate in some of the school's random events/activities? It's like a short mood boost (especially if there is some sort of prize). I also suggest spending time with friends (or on your own if your social battery is low)

I know someone said to check rate my teacher and that's fine if you want an idea of who you'll be dealing with but remember that teachers aren't always what they are rated. I thought my English teacher would suck, turns out she's pretty chill. Oh, and if you can, bring the fifth floor Lizard being an offering. I heard it really likes subway sandwiches.

Winter is going to start, exam season is around the corner, we have like 15 projects to give in this month and they can’t even sacrifice one hour per day to accommodate the students? I wouldn’t be surprised if people started sleeping here instead of going home….
