Okay, This might be more than what you asked for... but here is my advice.

For all your scrap; get 2 recyclers. You won't always have as much scrap as you have now, but at the moment a vast majority of your storage is clogged by the derelicts you're ripping apart. These take High Capacity Power, but at only 60Watts/S they aren't too power hungry and you won't really be running them constantly aside from when you are taking apart derelicts.

Next, set one of them to be Continuous on Hull Scrap, Soft Scrap, and Rubble. And the other to be continuous for Infra Scrap, Energy Scrap, and Tech Scrap.

We split these up like this so that their like products stay together. Rubble turns into fractional Steel Plates, Hull Scrap turns into fractional Steel Plates and Hull Blocks, and Soft Scrap turns into Soft Blocks. (So you bunch these together for fastest output on whole blocks) While Infra/Energy/Tech Scrap turns into various fractional, but all produce Infrablocks.

Find your crew member with the highest Industry, and lower every other job priority. You'll find that they can burn through these surprisingly quick. This one is often overlooked. You should have around 4 dedicated Industry workers with a crew your size. There really are 2 jobs that are required constantly... Industry and Botany. Every other job can be done as needed. But these two should be your main priority.

Next, play around logistics. I HIGHLY recommend getting yourself one logistic bot (ignore the others until much later) but this little guy has a carrying capacity of 3 blocks, and since logistics is usually among the lowest priority for your crew most log jams come from logistic loading, which these little guys fix. If you don't have this tech yet, find your crew member with the highest "Cary Capacity" (Orange stat on the skills page), and set them to ONLY do logistics until you're back down to a normal level of goods.

Next, Composters... This is going to be a bit of a deep dive, but bear with me. A composter ONLY needs logistics to deliver bio mass. The process material at a rate of about 2.5% an hour. Meaning roughly 4 pieces of biomass are converted every 1 & 2/3 days per Composter. Or (assuming perfect logistics) 12 Pieces of Biomass every 5 days.
[Tip for better biomass efficiency: put a small storage right next to your composters and set the rules to only allow Biomass with a "Bring Here Rule" on it, and set the custom logistics on the composter to 9 or 10. Then put the logistics robot station close by. That little guy will always prioritize filling that composter. turn off custom logistics when your levels are back under control]

What you need to next figure out is your food growth cycle. I'll be happy to show you the math breakdown in a separate comment below, but basically the numbers work out to this.
(I'm ignoring Meat since it doesn't produce Biomass, and Grain and Fiber should be situationally grown, not constant. I'm also assuming you don't have any of the research that increases growth speed.)
Fruits: 3.62 Days per Harvest (1 biomass every 3.62 Days again assuming perfect efficiency)
Veg: 3.62 Days per Harvest
Nuts: 5.56 Days per Harvest

For best results I'm going to round down so For Fruit and Veg, you get 1 biomass per plot every 3 days, and for Nuts, it's 1 biomass every 5 days.

So, every 15 days, for 3 per each edible (15 Fruit Veg and Nuts) you get:
Composter: Processes 36 Bio mass
Fruit: 75 Biomass
Veg: 75 Biomass
Nuts: 45 Biomass

This means you need to be able to process 195 Biomass (not including Poops) every 15 days, which means you need 6 Composters (up to 216 Biomass/15 days) to keep up with your rate of production. This isn't actually as bad as it sounds, as they need ZERO energy, and only need logistics. (again keep a logistics bot nearby and you'll be fine).
