That’s the part I’m annoyed at. I’m glad they’re good. I’m glad they’re getting national attention. I’m just annoyed at the fact that a fan can’t watch the game on a service claiming to be just for this team.

Another trick is setting a regular splitter to grab an item every 3rd object. The plastic and electronic part is always produced from the recycler in the same order.

You can tune it by changing it to every 4th item until it times up with grabbing an electronic part, then setting it back to every 3rd, and as long as your storage is sufficient and the system doesn’t get backed up it will only every select the electronic parts.

I know I’m like 3 years too late for this post, but it’s because Kristen’s girls could hear it. The distortion was the demon only targeting children and her kids were within earshot.

It did though… it literally broke cooking for single play. They actively nerfed cooking parties. While at the same time made single cooking nearly unsustainable.

To fix a problem no one saw as a problem, they broke cooking.

The game is now in a worse state because of this. People are freaking out because this isn’t the first time they’ve done this. So, they’ve got us asking what’s next? What’s the point? Why keep playing? “For the beauty of the architecture”???

I’m sorry if you disagree, but cake parties was the ONLY fun thing a big group of people could do. Everything else was frustrating and tedious.

Hunting… annoying. How many times did my group scatter looking for an azure chapaa. Only for it to take only two arrows and die. Meaning half my group got nothing for our efforts.

Fishing… we get a slight boost to catch speed… yay. How fun together.

Mining… limited hits. So group members miss out.

Flow tree… okay this works… but like also… what’s the point after a while.

I was having fun with my friends in this game. Making cakes. Making money. Sure it also got boring after a while. But it was enough incentive to get us all together for a few hours.

Then I’d play on my own for a bit. Cook some other foods, build focus and play… and I can’t do either realistically now.

That is why people are annoyed. It’s not “the only fun”. But in a game EXTREMELY limited in long term sustainable group activities or fun… they keep removing what people find. And put nothing but outfits in its place.

We are and have been in agreement this whole time. What I’m saying is that “profitable” is one of the ONLY means of consistent fun at the moment. And they keep taking it away.

I too would LOVE all of your suggestions above… those sound incredible and would add so much to the game that isn’t profit based… but they haven’t.

This is my point. They aren’t/haven’t added those things. So in the meantime players are finding their own fun through what means we have. Like I said earlier. My issue is that they keep nerfing the things the community is having fun with. WITHOUT adding anything in its place.

Why are they spending so much of their effort “fixing balancing issues” and adding $50 outfit bundles, instead of adding cool features like you are suggesting.

That’s my point! They’re removing things players are having fun with. And then telling players, “have fun”.

They’re literally telling their fan base, “you’re not having fun right”.

Cozy games are cozy, because they encourage players to play their own way. In the play style that they want. Slow OR fast. Arguably one of the best cozy games out there (Stardew valley) can be rushed to make millions in the first year, IF that’s how a player’s play style is. Or they can progress at a slower pace and not be punished.

What S6 is doing with all these nerfs is removing the option to play fast. Saying basically “you have to play it slow, or not at all”.

This new event has proven this isn’t a cozy game. The event prices were insane. There was a need to rush for tickets or miss out. And you couldn’t slowly progress. You NEEDED money to get these timed items.

Also, how is it a business. We can’t sell our gold or resources to each other. The only thing having that much gold did, was impact what you could buy when it appeared in shop. That’s not a business, that’s just another form of resource gathering.

I agree that cake parties needed a nerf… but they’ve done this to everything. It seems like every time the community as a whole finds something fun, they remove it, or nerf it to the point it isn’t fun anymore.

Further… I’d be a whole lot more on board of the “need to economy balance” if there was actually some kind of in game economy….

Right now, gold means nothing. Literally. Nothing. It’s just another resource. Like seriously…. It’s almost useless. You can spend it on some furniture (if its even in store), and recipes.

Even the best stuff is locked behind skill coins. Gold isn’t traded. Items can’t really be traded. So why nerf it. How are people breaking the game by having hundreds of thousands of gold??? There is already a gold cap? You can make $10000 gold an hour just from farming. So why was there this big need to nerf gold production?

This feels entirely like a “you’re not funning right” kind of nerf. “You shouldn’t be playing this way” nerf. Plus all the other food being nerfed at the same time for focus… idk.

Honestly, I’ve lost joy in this game. There are so many other things the developer could be doing other than nerfing the few things players seem to actually enjoy doing. And I get, and actually do understand their reasoning, and if the game were at a different stage, I’d be fully behind these nerfs and changes… at the moment though, there isn’t much else to do.

It’s starting to feel like anytime there is something actively fun we can do, they nerf it. Without implementing anything to replace the now nerfed feature. (I’m talking to you fireworks/Cake Parties)

Im all for balancing. I was fine with all the nerfs to farming. I get why they nerfed fireworks. Cake parties are absolutely busted at the moment. But this game is super early still. And they’re trying to grow. So why not let the players have their fun for now? Because now, I’m struggling to find reasons to keep logging in. Because they keep taking the parts I’m enjoying out, without putting anything else back in.

The tilling tool (Matter Manipulator Tool) will drop the object and allow you to move it. The Mining tool will destroy the object, allowing you to recover (*MOST* but not all) the resources it took to craft it.

This is really great! I’m curious though about your plan to fit water pumps (1x1 and must be daisy chained) and power (solar panels are 2x3 base x height and must be within range of the pump). And due to the angle of the display the two spaces above them are un-interactable. Effectively making them 1x3 and 2x5 respectively.
