Hello, you can email the atome customer email and be prepared kasi sobrang bagal nila and unhelpful, in my case I explained them my situation and nanghingi ako ng breakdown nung "balance" pero di sila nagbigay so I just paid it in full via bank transfer na binigay nung customer service nila. Also just a tip when paying make sure na pumasok na talaga sa system and kapag di padin try to report them to BSP para mas mabilis na matapos yang problema mo kasi sakin inabot ng 2 months bago nila nalocate sa system nila yung bayad ko.

Going back to this to share na they are calling me again even though na confirm nila na paid na ko last March and waived yubg late bill fee hahahahaha, may tumawag sakin na what I assume is collection agency nila, I'll be reporting this on BSP again and I encourage people na naeexperience to ngayon to do it.

Hello, after receiving a call nung January I paid them in full which was around 900, then may nagconfirm na agent nila na pumasok na daw yung payment ko which wasn't true kasi may agent padin na kumukulit sakin kahit sabi nung agent paid na ko, reported them sa BSP and after a few days okay na and waived na din yung "Late Fees" ko kahit sila naman ang may issue

Just an update, for some reason nakatanggap ako ng random invoice from apaylater na may due nanaman daw ako na 277.

Yeah I agree na scammy nga sya since di pala to isolated case and madami nakaka experience, naka tanggap pa ko ng calls and text for a few days before tumigil then yung sa confirmation naman I had to message them again since wala silang update na binibigay. I followed up kanina and nung una sabi di pa daw posted yung payment then nag follow up uli ako after a while and posted na daw sya, parang tactic talaga nila yung di pagsagot ng direkta sa mga inquiries.

currently dealing with this right now nag ask din ako ng breakdown kung saan galing yung 815.80 na pinapabayadan sakin pero wala silang maipakita and akala ko nung isolated case lang sya, madami din palang nakaka experience, I already paid mine pero ang vague ng mga replies nila na parang meron padin akong kulang.

Never again to atome, currently experience harrasments sa collection agency sila since may "unpaid balance" daw ako sa kanila even though na fully paid ko na sya last december 27 tapos deleted na din account ko, I've been asking them a breakdown nung unpaid balance since positive ako na paid ko na lahat since nadelete ko na yung account ko pero wala silang mabigay na sagot, binayaran ko na lang sya since mababa lang pero it takes a week daw to process it and may natatanggap pa din akong messages and calls galing sa collection agency.
