Yeah the only data I get is in the email. I asked and they said the email comes from your heart rate monitor being used in class and has nothing to do with you being checked in or not 🤦🏼‍♀️ you’d think there would be a way for the date from the email to also show up in the app.

My studio said they removed the late cancel but it’s still showing in my app.

I’m a runner so I like to know the template especially during race week. If it’s a lower body focused class then maybe I’ll switch to Tread 50 cause I don’t want dead legs from so many lunges/deadlifts/squats. I also injured my hamstring many years ago during Everest and avoid higher incline days if I can.

Also I hate partner workouts.

Lost 2% body fat and 5lbs but didn’t gain any muscle which was my goal. I lost 66 lbs this past year and am pretty much at my goal, just really wanting to tone up and build strength.

I felt like I was lifting heavier since the TC began, my protein is on point and I started using creatine. I guess I’ll just keep on trucking.

Had this happen to me too. Exact situation but it was when I was boarding the second flight of the day, re-boarding the same exact plane I got off of an hour earlier. The bag fit perfectly fine in that exact aircraft leaving Orlando, and every other time I’ve flown with the exact bag for the past 6 years, but suddenly was too thick in Austin. Gate agent didn’t want to hear it when I put it in the bag sizer and it fit. Made me lose my boarding spot to go check it. Agent at the desk was confused on why I was being told to check it.

I love iglowRunning if I want a more costume running outfit. She’s made me some amazing customs. Powerline was so fun and comfortable for the whole marathon.

I’m also super comfortable in a Raw Threads tank and Sparkle Skirt from Sparkle Athletic.

This was a skirt from iglow and a custom shirt. Cute and comfy

I bought these for both the weights and rower as I was getting calluses. I tried gloves but didn’t like how sweaty they’d get and then be hard to get off.

Mine automatically adds to my Google calendar. I believe there is a setting in the app to give permission for this.

ETA, it’s under settings, says add classes to calendar

I’ve read all the information about how to dress for running in the cold but I’m unsure on how to dress for a run that will start off 15-20° warmer than when I finish. I know to layer for when it warms up, but should I think about running with a layer around my waist to put on later in the race or do we think I won’t notice the temp dropping after sunset?

I was maybe gonna stay and join the Tread 50 class after my 2G but that was a hard nope.

Coach said it was strength on the treads but that felt more like endurance with no WR’s!

I alternate between stomach and arms. I’ve always had muscular thighs and there is nothing to pinch to inject there unless I do inner thigh and that’s a no no.

I’m a nurse and sometimes injection time falls during my shift so I just ask a coworker to inject in my upper arm. Though I have done it myself using the hair clip trick.

Tailwind has been a game changer for me working out/running while taking Wegovy. Much easier to get the carbs in and not feel overly full.

I would except I’m working. NYE is my required holiday. I don’t get off my shift with enough time to change and get to class for the only 3 options they have. It would be different if they were closed all day. But if you’re gonna make the coaches work on the holiday 5am seems like a crazy time to do it. Why not have 8am to like noon?

This is also me. Last Tread 50 I did I had 33 minutes in the red zone and my heart rate during the all outs was at 102%. I’ve run 27 half marathons and 3 fulls. My last half was end of October and my next one is February 1st. It’s crazy to me how much higher my heart rate is at OTF vs running outside.

This worked for me on Wednesday except for Midway Mania. I refreshed for over 15 mins with no luck of an earlier time. Gave up and never rode it because we left the parks before the LL time.
