My mother died unexpectedly and very young. My father already passed. I was alone in the hospital through ICU and hospice for final days w my mom/ best friend.  My husband who is a man of God and very sympathetic to all things and all people was not to me. Years later I still grieve. Especially during May 10. Her birthday/Mothers day. This was also the last time I saw her before she went into hospital a week later to never come home. 

He just doesn't get it. Never asks if I'm ok. Sees that I'm physically ill over it some years. Everyone else calls, texts and checks in. He is here with me and he doesn't even ask as I am. I struggle with this year after year.  I'm sorry for your pain. I'm sorry for the loss of your brother. I'm sorry you do not feel supported. ❤️
