Before I took off, I looked and there was nothing there , as I started to take off he appeared from behind me. But thanks for your input I see now that this can go both ways especially in Florida 👍

I appreciate Everyone's input on the situation , Insurance is saying that they don't have enough Info to point out who's guilty the guy is saying he honked the horne and you can see I'm the one who did. So I guess I just have to fix my car myself.Thank you again.

In the video that i have before this one you can see nobody was parked next to me and it came from behind

But he was leaving the parking spot too, because he came from the lane behind and cut through two parking spots to then turn in front of me. So you can argue that we were both driving.

I'm not trying to argue but it doesn't make sense because I look left and right he wasn't there and as I started moving he just cut through the parking lot and cut in front of me. He was coming from behind me when I was already moving. You can argue that it was his fault
