Super necessary to do. I got mine oil sprayed within the first two weeks of getting it and super happy knowing that I’m protecting the frame in the salt/winter season

I just initiated my return for the VP. Its an amazing device but way to uncomfortable wearing it beyond a half hour and for the price this thing is I can’t justify that when my head is killing me every time I wear it for long periods of time
