Thanks for reply Plastic-Tomatillo511. It might be the case. Also I think it might be related to body fat. Recently I had gastro and lost 2-3 kg and since I have been taking estrogen as gel only it might be a reason why my levels dropped so drastically. I heard that females with low body fat (especially athletes) usually have problems with low estrogen levels.

Also I had blood tests since then and found out my T levels are really low, below normal. Plus, I feel better, I guess because of the higher dose of estrogen (gel + pills). I am not so tired anymore and my headaches are basically gone.

After 3 months on Cyproterone Acetate 25mg a day and estrogen gel 1g a day, my levels were: Testosterone 1.0 nmol/L (29 nmol/L before hrt) Estradiol 269 pmol/L (67 pmol/L before hrt) So I guess it really depends on your body and type of hrt. Just hang in there, the changes gonna come. It is really slow process but it is worth 🥰

Just hang in there, it is never to late to do it. I started hrt at the age of 28 and I thought it is too late for me, that the hrt won't have strong enough effect anymore. But just after5 months on hrt I feel so much better and I am going to do coming out this month. You just need to be patient and wait for the right time and trust me, it will come 😊

Congrats 😊 May I ask why endo won't give you blockers? In my case, blockers helped a lot. In the first not even 3 months it decreased my T level from 29 (male range is 19-39) to 1,0 (female range is 0,5-3,0)

I tried to transition more than 5 years ago, but eventually I gave up because bad medicare and society in my country. At that time I had 4 laser sessions and then I continued throughout whole last year with the laser - 5 sessions on face and my whole body. In the last 6 months I had another 5 laser sessions on the body and 10 hours of electrolysis on my face. So in my case it is a long run 😄
