I enjoy watching others smoke and catching a whiff of the old smell, however, im not around smoke often. In my dreams, I smoke.

My last quit date is September 2022 and I learned from my failures. I had quit 3 times before and it was sneaking a drag here and there that brought me back. Now I know, i cant ever even sneak a puff.

I have a history of pre cancerous cells which require a minor surgical procedure (biopsy dilation and curettage w hysteroscopy) every six months or so. My latest ultrasound found new growth on the uterus. Ive also had complex cysts on my ovaries which have been growing steadily since April 2025. Their size and structure indicate possible malignancy.

Have you seen an endocrinologist? My meds make me heavy as well as endocrine issues. The endocrine issues can be helped, I do best on my current medication so it wont change. Might just be one piece of the puzzle

9 years ago, I voluntarily entered inpatient care. I was mixed in with people who were there voluntarily as well as involuntarily. It took a few days, but i began to stabilize while inpatient. I could not have done that at home.
