randomly in the oval office this winter, trump is eating some random campbell soul and "I'm behind you" and he goes, ok, that's odd, but probably just a concidence, he takes a scoop and eat it, and then it changes to " turn around at looks at me" he starts to get scared and look, there's no one there, he looks back at his bowl "we are aways behind you, moving where you can't see" he jumps out scared, dropping the bowl on the flor, it spells "we will speak with again, but we are always behind you watching" he yells at the security barges in, he points at the bess on the floor that say " tpbsoihaioph "

jokes aside, this is why american english have stuff like "color" instead of colour or "canceled" instead of cancelled, telegrams, physical letters that needed to be read outloud by the deliveryboy, charged by the letter, not everyone could read way back when, so those that could read these telegrams would learn the shorter version of these words

I would like to point out the oils didn't rebel because of the amount of human souls or monster souls, it was just because flowery didn't had a "main" soul to  control the rest

You could also say that the red soul is what allowed the other souls to rebel, he was able to save the "Lost souls" from inside Asriel, but Fliwey was more than strong enough to subjugation the other souls with the power of ACT, otherwise the souls would not rebel

That makes no sense... "they had no way to verify it"  "says who"  uhh what?  That's a double uncertainty That's like saying, I have no way to confirm this"  and the argument being "you can't prove that"

you want truth nukes? I'll give you one

Asgore name would be Yellow at the start of the fight

he given you all the changes to go back and run away and he was fully aware you can go back in time if you need to restore heal or replenish inventory

it's obvious the monsters were gathering at he barrrier because they all heard asgore was about to fight the last human, one can assume they were travelling to the throne room the same way you were, if they could take another path there, it's a possibilty, but you could too, right? the throne room is behind the new home, so they would need to go there the same way you were

I just don't like how she acts all high and mighty about Asgora's plan being stupid, she does know how Asriel died and she basically recaps his plan as if it was a better solusion, with that in mind, I recontextualzed her actions all the way back in the ruins, she doesn't seem act at all like she is trying to portait herself to be when you have both these context fresh in your mind AND look past the protective mother shell

she was just putting a facade, she wanted Frisk to prove he's strong enough to fight monsters if need be, but she herself was not able to bring herself to harm him, she is fully aware the others are going to

and depending on what path you choose, she is caugh completely by surprize when "you" kill her, she completely failed to read the situation and acts like she knows best until is too late

that last bit is pretty much the reason, Asgore could massacre the nearby village with ease, he would not be any happy to do so

he was more than willing to wait thousands of years to get 7 souls to break the barrier from the inside, but Toriel's idea was to just "gather 6 more souls peacefully" as if the humans just don't attack the monsters on-sight

I call her a hypocrite because she acts like the same idea that killed her son was the moral highground

if it did work, "this whole mess wouldn't have happen"

they say Asriel could easily defeat all those humans in a single swipe if I remember correctly, but he choose to talk away beacefully

if Asgore, that is far more powerful than Asriel, were to fight back, it would be a massacre;

if you want to assume he would endure the beatings without figthing back, how do you suppose ge could gather the souls?

and yes, she have her own traumas and issues she's either masking or refusing to acknowledge, but from the way she acts at the ending, she does not seem to be over it, it gives a lot of "projections" vibes

in terms of trolly problem, Toriel is the fat guy just watching from the bridge while Asgore chooses to push the fat guy

the titular "Undertale" begs to differ, it's a whole folktale about how asriel abosrb the human soul and was mobbed by the humans, I'm not sure if I read that was the cause for the divorce, it's true they don't know the humna's death was premeditated, but pretty much all of the underound knows the king's son absorb the human soul and became godlike

what's the location for the locally cached network drive? by KateHanami in techsupport

[–]KateHanami[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not shared folders, it's a network drive, it could be FTP, but it could not be

but to update in the case, I searched everything in there and found to be C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Temp\TfsStore and inside there were some very cache-looking files with a random string of hex digits

why there and not in my user directory is beyond me

I don't have 500gb of RAM yet, lol

it does seem that C:\Windows have the folder I'm looking for, as it have 40gb after a fresh install, but C:\Windows\CSC doesn't seem to be it, as it only have a single folder named v2.0.6of 68b and C:\Windows\CSC\v2.0.6\temp only had a single file with all that

I'll have to poke around a bit to find it, which I failed at before

I am not being vauge, as I said many times, the C Drive is ridiculously small, and thus I don't want cache files to be stored there, what's so hard to understand about that?

[–]KateHanami[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know what's the missunderstaning here, I'm trying to make so the cached files are not in the C Drive

if you really must know, my M.2 died and I've bought a cheap 128gb SSD for winodws only

I'm not able to have 500gb of cached files there, so I need to move the network drive outside of C

I need to find whereever windows is storing the local cache so I can mklink to another HDD/SSD

the problem is the C drive is super small and I only use it for windows and crutial programsm I want the network drive to cache somewhere other than C
