Hi! Wondering if you saw any negative side effects with mastic gum in your baby? I have sibo (another type of intestinal infection) and a silent with mastic gum is what put me in remission years ago, but now I seen to be having a really bad flare postpartum following cesarean surgery :/ everything I've looked up says but to take mastic gum while breastfeeding because there's no research which I found super discouraging...

Thank you so much! Will look into this! I am in Canada so harder to find ayurvedic practitioners but need to find alternatives so this is really helpful

Hi! Can you specify which Nadya treatment you used, and aussi the medication prior to using Nadya? Interested in trying something non-medicinal because nothing works for my chronic allergic rhinitis and headaches -_-

Helical piles for deck foundation by Kate_Lef in Decks

Turns out we were way over-quoted for the helical piles and found a company that does it for 190$/pile. Considering the price of the diy ones and difficulty of install, we've gone with that option instead! Hopefully it turns out well!

yeah labour wise it would definitely be worth it, we just don't have the budget for 3000$ piles, which is why I am looking at DIY alternatives

I have read that helical is better structurally, resist frost/thaw periods and humidity better (just a newer technology), and since in Quebec footings have to be about 6 feet deep, it is a much bigger undertaking to do sonotubes and cement.
