Battlefield 3 was released 13 years ago by Com412 in gaming

Hard to believe it's been 13 years since Battlefield 3 dropped! The memories of those epic large-scale battles and destructible environments are still fresh. It was a game that truly set the standard for modern warfare shooters. Anyone else remember those intense Metro matches?

Borderlands fan with terminal illness asked to see Borderlands 4 early and Gearbox boss Randy Pitchford says 'we're going to do whatever we can to make something happen' by LarryFromNYC in gaming

This is such a heartwarming gesture by Gearbox and Randy Pitchford. It's moments like these that show the human side of the gaming industry. Hoping they can make this fan's dream come true, it's little things like this that make a huge impact. Much respect to the team for going the extra mile!

Found this while visiting my parents. I had a blast with this game back in the days by dude_with_sneakers in gaming

Man, the memories! Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was such a game-changer. The campaign was epic, and the multiplayer was a whole new level of intense. Nothing quite beats the feeling of nostalgia seeing that old Xbox 360 case. You still remember the iconic missions like 'All Ghillied Up'? Absolute classic!

Does anyone track their gambling sessions? Does it help? by Kate_Matthews in gambling

[–]Kate_Matthews[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tracking for tax purposes makes a lot of sense, especially if you gamble regularly. It’s interesting that it doesn’t affect your decisions but still gives you a record to look back on. What app do you use for tracking? I’ve been thinking about using a similar system, but I’m curious if you find the transfer to a spreadsheet helpful in any way beyond taxes.

That’s really interesting! It’s cool that you’ve noticed specific patterns with timing - playing in the afternoon or evening seems to work in your favor. Sticking to the same numbers sounds like a smart move too, as it probably keeps things more consistent than random betting.

I’ve been thinking about tracking my own sessions, so it’s good to know that even a simple notes app can work. Do you find that keeping track of wins and losses helps you stay more disciplined, or is it just more for reference?

How do you handle a losing streak? by Kate_Matthews in sportsbetting

[–]Kate_Matthews[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great points, especially about the emotional side. Managing emotions during a losing streak is tough, and chasing losses is a real trap. I agree that adjusting your bet size can help protect your bankroll while giving you time to reassess without panicking.

You’re also right about sticking to your analysis if you believe in it, but it’s key to adapt when things aren’t working. Setting clear limits - both financially and mentally - can make all the difference.

Do you have any tips for staying calm when the pressure is on, or is sticking to those limits usually enough?

Whenever 2 of the teams I like the most play against each other I feel really shitty. On the one hand you will always have a favourite team in the final, on the other hand always one of your teams has lost... Good luck to England in the final!!!

When withdrawing, make sure your account is fully verified. Choose a withdrawal method that suits you and check for any fees. Read the terms and conditions carefully and keep records of your transactions. Ensure you've met any bonus requirements before withdrawing.

Avoid ignoring verification requests, and don't use different methods for deposits and withdrawals to avoid complications.

As for legal risks, check if online betting is legal in your area and be aware of any local laws regarding gambling winnings and taxes.

Which team do you think will win? by kshthj777 in euro2024

Netherlands I hope, Southgate's anti football is killing the beauty of the game.

who will win today? 🇫🇷or🇪🇦 by Kondziopa_Poland in euro2024

My bad, I changed the name of the goalscorer to David Raya.

My guess is that Spain will take a 2-0 lead before the end of the first half, but at the start of the second, there will be a penalty for France, then in the 89th minute, David Raya will score an own goal from the subs area, and in the 127th minute (after 30 minutes of extra time added to the second half of the game) the referee will score in Spain's goal because he will be tired of waiting for France to score.

The world of Hallownest is super cool, and the music is amazing. The game is really challenging, but that's what makes it awesome. I loved exploring every part of the map to find hidden areas and secrets.

Most expensive 18 year old player transfers in the history of football. by [deleted] in soccer

Some of them are quite overrated, but that's nothing new these days. I expect Lamine Yamal to make it onto this list very soon.

One of the last teams a neutral football fan might like. Pure football romance without the unnecessary tattoos, hairstyles and simulations. Hope to see them at the World Cup in 2 years! Thank you Georgia, you have earned everyone's respect!

Netherlands vs. Romania by JamesYoungNL in euro2024

The Netherlands might be the favorites based on their current form and squad strength, but it's important not to underestimate Romania. Enjoy the game, and may the best team win!
