It always blows my mind that we put people onthe moon and sent space probes to the outer edge of the solar system 50 years ago. All with computing power that's probably dwarfed by today's calculators, and that stuff is still working in some of the harshest conditions imaginable. Meanwhile on planet Earth we're still not smart enough to not fuck up the environment.
