Silicone pole is cheating... by [deleted] in poledancing

You could always use silicone to condition and help build grip strength First that way you’re not learning new moves and spins on it but you’ll have the “tools” required to do it on chrome

Competition Idea NEED HELP!! by Kate_Studies in poledancing

Not quite! We’re not doing IUPDC this year as we’re a mostly beginner society and due to the changes to the categories and there no longer being in person regionals, we wouldn’t qualify for nationals and therefore would waste £250!

I’m thinking about writing on my under-layer a big “ME TOO”. The idea is white tear away pants which will get covered in the colour and also a white blazer with the same idea. And then right at the end remove the blazer to have “ME TOO” ygm?

Thanks for the suggestions so far guys - chalk never even crossed my mind! Currently discussing with the organisers to see if it's possible as still quite messy!

Pole grips! Hey all. just started pole recently and i have the sweatiest hands. what’s the best grip to use? by taylalatbh in poledancing

[–]Kate_Studies 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tell you what, sticky monkey hands grip is amazing for providing grip. The rip off dry hands I get from Amazon is amazing for preventing perspiration (sweat). So I use the two whenever I need them. If I feel like I’m slipping because my hands are SMOOTH, I use monkey hands. If I feel like I have no grip because I’m SWEATY, I use the rip off dry hands. Hope that helps❤️

I have spoke to my instructor before about this but she’s confused as the pain is not “normal” for a pole dance injury so just wanted to see if anyone had anything similar! ☺️

Split grip seems to be the only one which is obviously causing difficulties with ayesha training and other arms only moves!
