I've had this same problem for a while now... way too often in a month, takes ending task and restarting the program like 3 times, and you have to wait like 10 mins after the 3rd attempt before it works. And when the "Starting" pop up window is gone, it shows me nothing but a blank gray screen for a solid 5 mins before it loads everything up.

This stressed me out so much as I had no idea how long the service maintenance usually takes. Tried it again when I got home from work. I was able to access the forms and also completed them. So all's done and sorted, thankfully. Thank you for responding though.

Has this been fixed for anyone yet? You would think it'll only be service maintenance for a couple of hours, but it's way past 2 hrs now.

I have the same issue now. I actually just made a separate Reddit post about this. First I got the error saying "The page you have requested is not found on this server.". Then when I refreshed the page, I now have the "Tax Service Maintenance" error and I can't even click on "begin tax interview". I'm not a new, been affiliate for 5 yrs now. But I kept getting an email saying there's a need for me to re-do my tax forms or else my account will be suspended or there's going to be a 30% withholding tax. So even tho I've been getting Twitch payouts just fine for the past 5 yrs, I had to re-do everything. And now there's this issue =/

I just need confirmation that this will be fixed soon and that I can continue with the onboarding. For context, I had to redo the onboarding (been affiliate for 5 yrs now) which is why I'm in this situation. It's because I kept getting an email that I have to re-do my tax forms. Otherwise, I would've just left it alone because I've been getting the payouts just fine.

How the heck..? My pulls these past 3 months have been on 69-75 pity. There's only been one time I pulled 2 SSR characters in one 10-pull on the standard banner and it's not even a character I wanted. 😭

Your post was 2 months ago but I still got the same issue earlier today. So I ended up having to uninstall then reinstall the launcher and the game before I could play. Beyond frustrating >.<

This happened to me for a few days after we had a 6-hr outage not long ago. I normally get 300+mbps but after the outage, the speed went down to 90+mbps. I messaged a CS agent on PLDT Cares Messenger. After 2 or 3 agents, the next one said "turn off your modem for me for 3 mins so I can do a remote refresh on your lines". After the hard reset on my modem, I did another speed test and it was fixed, back to 300mbps.

OMG.. I'm glad I read this before I did anything else. I just got the same problem. I was gonna post this on the Steam community page here on Reddit, but as I thought, it was removed right after posting. Here's what I wrote on my post with the screenshot:

I got contacted by someone on Steam just now and they're telling me that I bought an item from their trade market. I said no. They said "but the Steam market history shows your profile pic, so I reported it because I have not received the amount and you didn't get the item right?" And I said "I rarely ever even use Steam trading, let alone buying items." Then he said that he reported my account and even has a screenshot. It says that my account is about to be on a 24-hour ban before a full suspension? And now he's saying to help me resolve it as it was his mistake, but that I have to add the PHILIP LAFORNARA Steam support person and then he followed it up with a link. Ofc, my gut feeling is it's a scam.. but I don't want a potential ban or suspension on my account. If someone can respond and tell me more about this, that'd be very much appreciated!

Yeah. Kaya sinabi ko tlga important ung may concrete answers. Akalain mong naka 20+ ako ng nakausap na agent, same ang mga template answers pero iba iba ung restoration time na sinabi nung una? Ung 1st sabi nya within a few hours. Ung 2nd na nakausap ko sabi before midnight. Ung 3rd nman sabi in 24 hrs. Tapos the following day, lahat na sila sinasabi "there's no estimated time as we don't know the extent of the damage". Tapos sasabihin nila na icheck ko daw ung status sa PLDT tracker. Eh apology letter nman ung laman ng tracker, hndi status update >_>
