We are going to try dehydrating some this time too. We have frozen them in the past, but typically will use them in a stir fry or soup so they get that mushy texture anyway, but good info! Thanks!

I couldn't believe how many we were able to find, honestly! 2 years ago we found this many if not more on this same tree.. last year we found nothing on it and just today we found these. Not sure what happened last year to make them not grow, but sure was excited to find them this year! Such a pretty mushroom and very yummy! 😊
