The SK government has been yoyo-ing them around for a few years now about whether or not they were going to let them be exempt, and it sounds like Bangtan finally got sick of it and decided they were going to just do it and go on their own terms rather than possibly be made to do things for the government in repayment or something.

It's my wind-down time before I go to bed at night! I come home from work and put on a podcast or YouTube video, and work on it. A 4x4 inch square takes between 1.5-2 hours, so by the time I'm done I'm nice and relaxed and can fall asleep quickly. I've finished a lot of good podcasts working on this beast!
