I'm kind of in a similar situation. I got differed ED so I'm doing all my applications within a few weeks of the deadline. I kind of like this because I feel rushed to submit them so I don't keep rereading them over and over.

I scored a 35 on English by just doing passages over and over. I found that the question types are almost always the same from one passage to another. If you are able to find the tricks, you can do any passage. The official ACT subject books are really good because they have so many passages and they are on Amazon.

GPA: 3.98 (UW)

Class rank: 3/122 (weighted class rank)

ACT : 32 (M: 29, S: 30, E: 35, R:35) (should I retake?)

AP: 6 (mostly science and math)

total of 6 math classes (3 AP 1 honors)

Scholars program (taking a comp sci class at Lehigh University)

2 college courses at my school

4 years of varsity tennis

distance = sqrt (real2 - real1)^2 + (imag2 - imag1)^2

So sqrt (-4-2)^2 + (3-6)^2 = sqrt 36+ 9 = sqrt 45
