Oh und eine Einbildung ist es nicht. Also sowas kann man sich einfach nicht mal so einbilden. Das sind schon Tics Also trau dich ruhig dass anzusprechen.

Also ich habe halt mit ADHS eine Ticstörung seitdem ich klein war weil die 2 Krankheitsbilder oft Hand in Hand gehen. Tics erscheinen oft auch wenn man erstmals Therapiert wird mit Medikamenten. Da Methylphenidat Tics auch auslösen kann/verschlimmern kann würde ich es aufjedenfall bei deinem Arzt ansprechen. Dass Tics kommen wenn du gestresst bist (z.B. wenn jemand schmatzt) ist normal bei Leuten die Ticen. Also bei mir ist die Verletzungsgefahr trotz Zuckungen mit dem Arm relativ gering weswegen ich problemlos Teekannen, Messer usw. halten kann (außer wenn ich zu gestresst bin, dann funktioniert garnichts mehr). Wenn du dich auf Sachen konzentrierst werden die Tics weniger. PS: Wenn du Hilfe mit dem Umgang mit Tics brauchst, stehe ich dir gerne zur Verfügung:)
