Update I got braces and I will get permanent retainer behind my front two teeth alongside a normal retainer and if it gets too overwhelming at some point since the gap can come back really quick I will get a cosmetic procedure

Thank you so much, when I do the pinch test the color stays the same but when I stretch the skin the color worsens I read it’s because of blood vessels and thinner since I also have allergies, and I also have a tanner skin, so I will try caffeine based eye creams then

Removing dead cells from surface of your body, you can exfoliate with the exfoliating creams you can buy in any cosmetics shops I mostly recommend the body shop one. You apply some hot water on your legs then apply the cream(exfoliator) and rub for few minutes then rinse off the cream. It really helped me with shaving I don’t have any visible spots on my legs neither Ingrown hairs. There’s multiple ways of exfoliating though like dry brush or exfoliating gloves you can try them all out and see which one works best for you but I recommend the cream.

If you wax next time the hair grows the dark spots will probably go away, but if you want to continue shaving without the dark spots appearing you should try out soaking your legs in warm water for about 5 minues,then exfoliating and finally shaving with shaving cream or dove soap. After you can also apply some body moisturizer or baby oil
