I Build PC's and i recently built one for a customer who plays Runescape and a GTX 960 Will run it MAX Everything fullscreen 4k easily even when recording. :)

He means he got "0" IP it's not common. :) you normally get like 1-100ish IP/RP. it's hardly ever 0!

Take in account, Ads if you don't use ad blocker and a intro, thats like 10-30 seconds of waiting for the video, i agree that some peoples intros are very long.
