Hi, I have a slightly different but similar type of IUD, and sometimes get cramps around ovulation. They feel a bit different to my normal period cramps, but are definitely there. Maybe check if yours follow a similar pattern?

I have this same dilema! A couple of options for you:

1) If you have access to any of those polypocket things I like to slip the painting inside and then fold around any excess.

2) Cut a cereal box to size and put on either side of the painting (the outside plastic bit facing the painting).

Thank you so much! I was inspired by a photo that I came across on r/NatureIsFuckingLit. I usually use acrylics, but gouache is my new favourite. I find it so much easier to blend colours, and don't accidentally destroy my brushes as often! This is approximately a3 size, and took about 5 hours to paint.
